Freeway The Ultimate Free Tribute Band

Freeway have established and held their reputation as the world's best Free tribute band for well over a decade.

John (guitar), Rick (bass) and Rob (drums) have played together for many years now, including a two-year stint with Back Street Crawler's Terry Wilson-Slesser on vocals.

Following two highly successful, nationwide, sell-out tours with Free / Bad Co. drummer Simon Kirke, Freeway have a huge UK fan-base and boast a loyal international following also.

Freeway were recently joined on stage at a sell-out show by Free bass-player Andy Fraser who played a selection of Free show-stoppers alongside the band to a delighted crowd of dedicated fans.

Freeway are fully endorsed by both Simon Kirke and Free bass-player Andy Fraser. They are also wholeheartedly supported by Lucy Piller, Free photographer and owner of the official Free website ( and Dave Clayton, who runs the UK-based Free Appreciation Society (FAS).

Freeway provide the most passionate and authentic Free experience in the world today. Their integrity and attention to detail are what keeps Free fans coming back for more time and time again.
